These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully. You may have other legal rights and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these where this is not permitted by law.
Purchasing, Payments, Prices
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. The contract between us will be concluded when we accept your offer by despatching the goods. We will not be obliged to supply the goods to you and no contract will exist between us until this point. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you wish to proceed then please remember that we will not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have received your order and shipped the goods. If you discover you have made a mistake in your order please contact us immediately.
We try to keep all items in stock, however we occasionally this is not possible. If an item is out of stock, and there will be a delay, we will contact you to discuss the options.if you are a Business Customer or a Customer purchasing from outside the United Kingdom: We will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), revenue, goodwill or any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us; and Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods; except that we do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability for which we are not permitted to exclude or limit by law. We may not keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions to your order. We advise you to keep a copy of them both for your information in the future. Any contract between us shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us, including the contract, shall be made or conducted in the English language.
You can cancel or amend any order placed , provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, because it is damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or refund it in full. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery.
Please note we cannot accept returns without the original packaging, this includes the box, manuals, cables and charger. Also if the scooter has been damaged through miss use and has been tampered, altered and customised in any way.
Pre-Orders – Pay Later – No Initial Payment Details Needed.
You can order a product not yet in stock, but scheduled for future release. As the products we sell are ordered in limited quantities, pre-ordering ensures you the item to avoid disappointment. When you pre-order we do not take any payment details from you, you can place your order and pay later once the item becomes available.
By paying later you will get an email notification when we have the item in stock which will take you to your order where you can complete your order. You will then have 7 days to pay for your order. If payment is not received within the 7 days of release then the order will be canceled.
If you have already payed for your item and change your mind simply log into your account, manage order and click cancel. You will then be refunded in full and your order will be cancelled. The pay later option works the same but obviously no payments will be involved. Orders that
haven’t been payed after 30 days of having the item in stock will automatically be cancelled.
Any part deemed defective will be replaced free of charge once we have received and inspected the suspect part. New parts warranty will be covered only for the remaining of original warranty period. No labour is included in the warranty. Fitting is the consumer’s responsibility and must be carried out by a qualified technician. Warranty does not cover scooters used for hire, scooters that have been modified, collision damaged or had improper maintenance. We accept no responsibility for any other damages or loss. Also excluded from this warranty is any incidental or consequential damages including loss of use. You agree to this warranty when you make a purchase from Ram Wheels Ltd
Due to its design and speed. All powered vehicles are potentially dangerous and their use could involve the risk of injury or death, and they must be used in a responsible manner. All nuts and bolts, tyre pressures and steering should be checked by a competent adult before every use. Accident damage should be attended to immediately and damaged parts replaced. Helmets and suitable protective safety equipment should be used at all times.
Please note that this scooter is not to be used on public highways, only on private property with the owner’s consent.
